The Hungarian Youth Conference from Romania is the largest youth organization of the Carpathian Basin, with a total of 382 member-organizations, which altogether are responsible for the implementation of professional, cultural, sport and youth programs. For us, it is very important to show Transylvanian young people their possibilities, to encourage them to stay in their homeland, to build a family here.
At the same time, we want to raise awareness of the importance of one’s social responsibility, the relevance of professionalism. We organize our national, regional and local events as a response to their needs.
As a partner organization to the Democratic Alliance of Hungarians in Romania, youth advocacy is also included in our activity. On a national level, in several counties we managed to get our youngsters into local and county governments.
