On 10th of February 2017, Cluj office of CIC (all four offices ran by MIERT) organized an interactive orientation session in reference to the current calls for application issued by the Hungarian State’s Bethlen Gabor Fund (hereinafter referred to as BGA) The event took place at K+ Community Space with the participation of almost 30 representatives of various youth and civil organizations. Our invited speaker for the event was Mr. Zoltán Tibád, vocational director of BGA Cluj Headquarters.
Antal Lóránt, president of MIERT said that the main aim of CIC is rendering real information on time for the youth and civil NGOs, helping them call in different financial resources from projects through that.
MIERT takes this title very seriously; one of our own main purposes is to effectively counsel our member organizations in order for them to achieve their goals. By this actual project orientation our intention was to help participants see more clearly in the complex system of BGA projects.
In 2016 MIERT acquired the role of Civil Info Centre with four offices all over Transylvania, among those one in Cluj.
Youth and civil NGOs call in many different financial resources from project, and given the fact that every project system is different, CIC is a very useful tool to inform our partner NGOs about these small but very important details.
