A successful collaboration between MIÉRT and Gyula Winkler, DAHR MEP made it possible for MIÉRT to publish another useful list for youngsters: a list that gathers together all the internship opportunities offered by EU Institutions, outlining some useful information about each. This is a very simple and convenient way for those interested, to choose among the opportunities, to easily find the one that is the most suitable for them.
Since the EU integration, there are a lot of possibilities that have opened up for young people in Romania. It is very important to let them know about these possibilities, to give them the chance to gain experience that can be useful for them in their future here, at home. – said Lóránt Antal, president of MIÉRT, adding that I cannot emphasize enough, regarding these programs as well, that it is not a problem if youngsters want to go abroad for a period of time, if they want to try themselves out there, returning home with experience, that can lead them towards success here, at home whether we talk about entrepreneurship, or building the community.
A likewise great opportunity is Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs – cross-border exchange program, which gives new or aspiring entrepreneurs the chance to learn from experienced entrepreneurs running small businesses in other participating countries.
The exchange of experience takes place during a stay with the experienced entrepreneur, which helps the new entrepreneur acquire the skills needed to run a small firm.
As a national youth organization, it is top priority for us to help young people build their careers, help them in their self-fulfillment, to equip them with information regarding the high number of options they can choose among, whether at home or abroad. – said the president of MIÉRT.
